1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product safety, we accept returns only under specific conditions. Returns or refunds are eligible if:

  • You receive a damaged, leaking, or defective product.

  • You receive the wrong product (incorrect fragrance, bottle size, or packaging).

  • Your order arrives with missing items.

  • The item is completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal-care products, used or opened bottles cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with the seal, box, and protective packaging intact.

  • A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear images or videos of the product showing the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.).

  • Returns without proof of issue will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and authenticity reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.

  • Products purchased during flash sales or clearance offers.

  • Items with missing packaging, broken seals, or signs of wear.

  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. You will receive instructions on how to ship the product back.

  2. After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  3. If approved, your refund will be Credited within 5–7 business days.

  4. Refunds are issued in the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless Uninest Spirits caused the error.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The original product is returned in unused condition.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
